After downloading and installing the app, open it up and trigger the download function, the tap the Instagram icon near the top-right corner.

When you locate the image or video, tap the three dots under it and select copy share URL. Once the download is complete, an alert will appear in the notification.

Finally, when you are down taking whatever image or video you need ensure to exit the app by tapping the power icon in the top-right corner.
