Method 2: Google play store delete app data
• Open the menu "Settings" on your Android phone.
• Select "General".
• And then select "Application manager".
• Then locate and open the Google Play Store applications.
• Then remove all the existing data by clicking Clear data.
• It will appear a message like in the picture below, and then you can just click "OK"
